The hardest goodbye..

After 16 wonderful years, our beautiful girl closed her eyes for the very last time. 

Our first baby, the most amazing furry sister and best friend to our daughter. You filled our home with so much love, happiness and precious memories that we will treasure forever.

Our hearts are truly broken, we will love and miss you forever, Poppy.

Our heartfelt thanks go to Mark and his wonderful team for their incredible care, kindness and compassion, and for helping us say our final goodbyes to Poppy peacefully at home, surrounded by the family who loved her so dearly.
