We as a family can’t really put into words how wonderful Mark is and how grateful we are to him making what was a heartbreaking moment losing our special Kylo less stressful, the care and compassion mark shows in difficult circumstances made the whole process more peaceful for everyone involved Kylo was able to have one last sleep in his favourite chair
