I would like to take the time to thank you for the service we have received. What made a heartbreaking time a little easier. Mark was so understanding and very inclusive of the children and other dogs. He gave great guidance of the stages of grief and what to expect. I would recommend him to anyone in this awful position. Lottie was a beautiful Labrador. She was the matriarch and other dogs took notice of her. She was loving and gentle. Both of the boys miss her as do we. Our other labradors really miss her too. Rest peacefully Lottie, thank you for choosing us to be your family.
