LP or Peenie, as she was known, came to me with her sidekick Tegi as an older pair of dogs. Sadly, Tegs was only with us for a couple of weeks before he had to leave us, as he was very poorly. LP coped very well being an only dog for the first time in her life. LP loved the water and any opportunity to wade through puddles and ponds, she took. LP is sorely missed, from her sassy stubborn streak to her mischievous antics around the garden and in the park. I miss her grumbling when she felt she wasn't getting the attention she felt she deserved, and her half-hearted attempt at neighbourhood watch.
